【摘要】：目的:分析阿爾茨海默病(AD)患者主觀嗅覺(jué)功能以及嗅球體積、嗅溝深度與嗅覺(jué)功能的相關(guān)性。方法:選取AD患者(AD組)及健康受試者(對(duì)照組)各50例,應(yīng)用TT嗅覺(jué)測(cè)試法檢查所有受試者的嗅覺(jué)功能,并行頭顱MRI掃描分析其嗅球體積、嗅溝深度。結(jié)果:AD組TT嗅覺(jué)識(shí)別閾分?jǐn)?shù)(2.80±0.31)顯著高于對(duì)照組(1.50±0.17),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。左右兩側(cè)嗅球體積及平均嗅球體積AD組分別為(29.78±5.17)、(30.14±4.87)、(30.05±5.08)mm3,對(duì)照組分別為(36.65±4.08)、(36.56±4.12)、(36.46±4.11)mm3;2組比較均差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.01)。AD組與對(duì)照組左右兩側(cè)嗅溝深度均及平均嗅溝深度差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。AD組嗅覺(jué)識(shí)別閾與平均嗅球體積呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.711,P0.05),嗅覺(jué)識(shí)別閾與平均嗅溝深度無(wú)相關(guān)性(r=-0.127,P0.05)。結(jié)論:AD患者嗅球體積減小,嗅溝深度不變;嗅覺(jué)功能與嗅球體積具有相關(guān)性,與嗅溝深度無(wú)關(guān);認(rèn)知障礙的嚴(yán)重程度與嗅覺(jué)減退的程度具有一致性;嗅覺(jué)功能減退可作為AD患者早期客觀的診斷指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the correlation between subjective olfactory function, olfactory bulb volume, olfactory groove depth and olfactory function in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD).Methods: the olfactory function of all subjects was examined by TT olfactory test, and the volume of olfactory bulb and depth of olfactory sulcus were analyzed by MRI scan in each group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50).Results the score of TT olfactory recognition threshold in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group (2.80 鹵0.31), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).The volume of olfactory bulb and the mean volume of olfactory bulb in AD group were 29.78 鹵5.17, 30.14 鹵4.87, 30.05 鹵5.08, respectively, while those in control group were 36.56 鹵4.12, 36.46 鹵4.11mm, respectively. There was no significant difference between P0.01).AD group and control group in olfactory sulcus depth and average olfactory sulcus depth.In P0.05).AD group, the olfactory recognition threshold was negatively correlated with the mean olfactory bulb volume, while the olfactory recognition threshold was not correlated with the mean olfactory groove depth.Conclusion the volume of olfactory bulb decreases and the depth of olfactory sulcus remains unchanged in the patients with head AD, the olfactory function is correlated with the volume of olfactory bulb and has no relation with the depth of olfactory sulcus, the severity of cognitive impairment is consistent with the degree of olfactory decline.Hypoolfactory function can be used as an early objective diagnostic index in AD patients.
