【摘要】：目的初步探討利培酮短期治療的男性精神分裂癥患者催乳素水平對胰島素敏感性的影響。方法將符合入組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的51例利培酮治療2~6周的住院精神分裂癥患者依據(jù)催乳素水平分為A組(催乳素≥800 mIU·L~(-1))27例和B組(催乳素800 mIU·L~(-1))24例,比較兩組的胰島素敏感性指標(biāo)和體重指數(shù)(BMI);依據(jù)BMI分為正常體重組(BMI 18.5~23.9 kg·m~(-2))29例和超重組(BMI≥24 kg·m~(-2))22例,比較兩組的血清催乳素和胰島素敏感性指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 A、B兩組空腹胰島素(FINS)、穩(wěn)態(tài)模型評估胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(HONA-IR)、定量胰島素敏感性檢測指數(shù)(QUICKI)均無顯著差異(P0.05)。正常體重組與超重組的催乳素水平無顯著差異(P0.05);超重組FINS、HOMA-IR高于正常體重組(P0.01),超重組QUICKI低于正常體重組(P0.01)。結(jié)論利培酮短期治療后的男性精神分裂癥患者中體重超重者胰島素敏感性降低,而催乳素水平不影響患者的體重及胰島素敏感性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of prolactin level on insulin sensitivity in male schizophrenic patients treated with risperidone for short term. Methods 51 patients with schizophrenia treated with risperidone for 2 to 6 weeks were treated with risperidone for 2 weeks.
