【摘要】：目的:了解團(tuán)體心理治療在中國(guó)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析存在問(wèn)題,明確未來(lái)方向。方法:從國(guó)內(nèi)主要心理學(xué)期刊和碩博論文中篩選出386篇團(tuán)體心理治療研究文獻(xiàn),并使用內(nèi)容分析法對(duì)其屬性和內(nèi)容、干預(yù)方案與研究方法進(jìn)行計(jì)量與分析。結(jié)果:在文獻(xiàn)屬性和內(nèi)容上,該領(lǐng)域研究最近15年增長(zhǎng)明顯;臨床與亞臨床研究的比例約為1∶4;53.9%的研究關(guān)注抑郁、焦慮障礙;定量研究占89.4%、效果研究占86.9%。干預(yù)方案上,認(rèn)知行為取向(36.5%)高于其他;90.0%為12次以下的短期治療團(tuán)體;35.6%方案不明確和67.8%未說(shuō)明領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者資歷。研究方法上,取樣以大學(xué)生(34.9%)為主;實(shí)驗(yàn)方法以實(shí)驗(yàn)法(34.9%)與綜合法(44.6%)為主,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析以差異檢驗(yàn)(58.3%)為主;研究設(shè)計(jì)中自我報(bào)告效果評(píng)估占91.4%,追蹤不足22.0%;42.9%的研究可能存在一定的倫理問(wèn)題。結(jié)論:我國(guó)團(tuán)體心理治療研究尚處于發(fā)展階段,有待進(jìn)一步的規(guī)范和完善。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the development of group psychotherapy in China, analyze the existing problems and determine the future direction. The content analysis method is used to measure and analyze its properties and contents, intervention schemes and research methods. Results: in terms of literature properties and contents, the research in this field has increased significantly in the last 15 years. The proportion of clinical and subclinical studies was about 1: 4% and 53.9% of the studies focused on depression, anxiety disorder, quantitative study accounted for 89.4%, effect study accounted for 86.9%. Cognitive behavioral orientation (36.5%) was higher than that of other short-term treatment groups with less than 12 times (35.6%) and 67.8% did not state leadership qualifications. In the research methods, the sampling was mainly for college students (34.9%) and experimental methods (34.9) and comprehensive methods (44.6%). In the research design, the self-report effect evaluation accounted for 91.4%, and there may be some ethical problems in the research of less than 22.0% and 42.9%. Conclusion: the research of group psychotherapy in China is still in the developing stage. To be further standardized and improved.
