【摘要】：比托哌汀為一種新型非典型抗精神病藥物,為甘氨酸轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)體(GlyT1)抑制劑,通過抑制甘氨酸的再攝取從而增加作為谷氨酸受體N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受體激動(dòng)劑的甘氨酸表達(dá)。與目前其他非典型抗精神病藥物相比,該藥對精神分裂癥患者的陰性癥狀有明顯的療效,且對認(rèn)知功能也有一定的改善。目前正處于臨床Ⅲ期試驗(yàn),現(xiàn)有資料提示該藥有較好的有效性和安全性,但仍需要長期使用的資料積累。
[Abstract]:Pitopidine is a novel atypical antipsychotic drug and a glycine transporter GlyT1 inhibitor. To increase the expression of glycine as a receptor agonist of glutamate receptor N- methyl-Daspartic acid by inhibiting reuptake of glycine, compared with other atypical antipsychotics.
