【摘要】：目的了解消化科門診軀體形式障礙患者正負(fù)性情緒體驗(yàn)水平及其情緒調(diào)節(jié)和應(yīng)對(duì)方式的特點(diǎn)。方法選取在消化科門診就診的軀體形式障礙患者(試驗(yàn)組)153例及對(duì)照組150例,分別填寫正負(fù)性情緒量表、情緒調(diào)節(jié)方式問(wèn)卷和簡(jiǎn)易應(yīng)對(duì)方式問(wèn)卷。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組在正負(fù)性情緒量表、情緒調(diào)節(jié)方式問(wèn)卷和簡(jiǎn)易應(yīng)對(duì)方式問(wèn)卷上的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);試驗(yàn)組的正性情緒、積極應(yīng)對(duì)和宣泄調(diào)節(jié)得分顯著低于對(duì)照組,而其負(fù)性情緒、消極應(yīng)對(duì)和抑制調(diào)節(jié)得分顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.01)�；颊哒郧榫w體驗(yàn)與積極應(yīng)對(duì)、宣泄調(diào)節(jié)顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01),與消極應(yīng)對(duì)、抑制調(diào)節(jié)顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01)�；颊哓�(fù)性情緒體驗(yàn)與消極應(yīng)對(duì)、抑制調(diào)節(jié)顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01),與積極應(yīng)對(duì)、宣泄調(diào)節(jié)顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論軀體障礙患者存在明顯負(fù)性情緒體驗(yàn),而且對(duì)于自身軀體癥狀無(wú)法采取積極的應(yīng)對(duì)方式,宣泄調(diào)節(jié)水平不如正常對(duì)照組,更多采用抑制調(diào)節(jié)的方式來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)負(fù)性情緒。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the positive and negative emotional experience level and the characteristics of emotion regulation and coping style of somatoform disorder patients in digestive department outpatient department. Methods 153 patients with somatoform disorder (experiment group, 153 patients with somatoform disorder) and 150 patients with control group (control group, n = 150) were selected. The positive and negative emotion scale, the emotion regulation style questionnaire and the simple coping style questionnaire were filled out respectively. The scores of positive emotion, positive coping and cathartic regulation in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group, but the scores of negative emotion in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The scores of negative coping and inhibition regulation were significantly higher than those of control group (P 0.01). Positive emotional experience and positive coping were significantly higher in patients than those in control group. There was significant positive correlation between positive emotion experience and positive coping, significant positive correlation between catharsis regulation and negative coping, significant negative correlation with negative coping, and significant negative correlation between negative emotional experience and negative coping. There was significant positive correlation between inhibition and regulation (P 0.01), significant negative correlation with positive coping, and significant negative correlation with catharsis (P 0.01). Conclusion there is a significant negative emotional experience in patients with somatic disorders, and there is no positive coping style for their own physical symptoms. The level of catharsis regulation was not as good as that of normal control group, and more inhibition regulation was used to deal with negative emotion.
