兒童大腦認(rèn)知功能的神經(jīng)影像技術(shù)應(yīng)用——以抑郁癥功能磁共振研究為例

【摘要】:功能磁共振成像是小兒腦認(rèn)知功能研究最重要的技術(shù)手段之一,也是精神影像學(xué)領(lǐng)域的重要研究方法。兒童抑郁障礙是當(dāng)今兒童最普遍的心理疾病之一。越來越多的研究者認(rèn)為,兒童抑郁癥有其特定的神經(jīng)生理基礎(chǔ)。采用基于認(rèn)知任務(wù)的功能磁共振研究發(fā)現(xiàn),兒童抑郁癥患者在認(rèn)知、情緒和獎(jiǎng)賞等加工過程出現(xiàn)異常,涉及杏仁核、前扣帶回、前額葉和眶額葉等認(rèn)知相關(guān)的核心腦區(qū)。將來的研究將根據(jù)兒童心理發(fā)育特點(diǎn),選擇合適的腦功能測評(píng)方法,針對(duì)抑郁癥高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)兒童,開展兒童抑郁癥系統(tǒng)性預(yù)防研究,為尋找早期預(yù)警的影像學(xué)和心理學(xué)標(biāo)記,以制定干預(yù)方法提供實(shí)驗(yàn)證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is one of the most important techniques in the study of cognitive function in children. It is also an important research method in the field of mental imaging. Depressive disorder in children is one of the most common mental disorders in children today. More and more researchers believe that, Depression in children has its specific neurophysiological basis. Using cognitive task-based functional magnetic resonance studies, children with depression have abnormal cognitive, emotional and reward processes, involving the amygdala and anterior cingulate gyrus. According to the characteristics of children's psychological development, we will select the appropriate method of brain function evaluation, and carry out systematic prevention research on depression in children with high risk of depression, such as prefrontal lobe and orbital frontal lobe. To search for early warning imaging and psychological markers to develop intervention methods to provide experimental evidence.
