【摘要】:目的分析結(jié)構(gòu)化認知干預對輕度認知功能障礙(MIC)的影響。方法選擇50例符合條件的患者,隨機分成兩組,對照組進行的傳統(tǒng)健康教育,實驗組在此基礎(chǔ)上進行綜合性結(jié)構(gòu)化干預。治療前后均使用~1H-MRS手段記錄海馬區(qū)域代謝產(chǎn)物N-乙酰天門冬氨酸(NAA)、肌醇(mI)和膽堿復合物(Cho)代謝變化,并對NAA、mI和Cho水平研究分析。結(jié)果與治療前及對照組相比,實驗組治療后海馬區(qū)域NAA/Cr明顯升高(P0.05),mI/Cr明顯減低(P0.05),與Cho/Cr間無顯著相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論綜合性結(jié)構(gòu)化干預對MIC的意義重大,且可通過1H-MRS進行檢測。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the cognitive intervention on mild cognitive impairment (MIC) effect. Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group, the traditional health education, the experimental group on the basis of a comprehensive structured intervention. Before and after treatment with ~1H-MRS means to record hippocampus metabolite N- acetyl aspartate acid (NAA), myo inositol (mI) and choline (Cho) metabolism of NAA, mI and Cho levels of analysis. Results compared with the control group and before treatment, after treatment of the experimental group hippocampus NAA/Cr Xian Shenggao (P0.05), mI/Cr decreased significantly (P0.05), no significant correlation with Cho/Cr between (P0.05). Conclusion the comprehensive intervention on structured MIC is significant, and can be detected by 1H-MRS.
