【摘要】：目的對用拉西分析法(Rasch-Derived)得來的流調(diào)中心抑郁量表(CES-D)精簡版(CES-D-R)進行信效度的監(jiān)測,為社區(qū)老年人抑郁自評提供一種新的更加簡便的工具。方法采用分層隨機抽樣,運用精簡版量表CES-D-R對500名社區(qū)老年人進行問卷調(diào)查,運用SPSS 17.0和AMOS 17.0軟件對所得數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果條目相關性分析結果顯示,所有條目-總分均有顯著性相關,與原流調(diào)中心抑郁量表(CES-D)做校標關聯(lián)分析顯示均顯著相關,I-CVI為0.830~1.000,S-CVI/UA為0.860、S-CVI/Ave為0.970;EFA得到四因子結構方程模型,各條目共同度為0.701~0.834,累積方差貢獻率為78.913%,對模型進行CFA得到CMIN/DF3,GFI、TLI、CFI均0.90,RMSEA0.08,PGFI0.50,除CMIN和AGFI外,均達到適配標準;Cronbachα系數(shù)為0.798,4個維度的Cronbachα系數(shù)分別為0.725、0.780、0.882和0.755,分半信度系數(shù)為0.769,ICC為0.798。結論精簡版流調(diào)中心抑郁量表(CES-D-R)信效度良好,可用于社區(qū)老年人抑郁狀況的評價。
[Abstract]:Objective to monitor the reliability and validity of CES-D-R, a simplified version of CES-D, obtained from Rasch-Derived by Rasch-Derived, and to provide a new and more convenient tool for self-assessment of depression in elderly people in community. Methods stratified random sampling was used. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 500 elderly people in the community with CES-D-R. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0. The results of item correlation analysis showed that all items-total scores were significantly related to each other. The correlation analysis with CES-D showed that there was a significant correlation between I-CVI and CES-DV, and the correlation between I-CVI and CES-DV was 0.830V 1.000, S-CVI / UA was 0.860 + S-CVI / Ave = 0.970 / EFA, and the four-factor structural equation model was obtained. The common degree of each item is 0.701 / 0.834, and the contribution rate of cumulative variance is 78.913.The CMINP / DF _ 3F _ I _ I _ I _ I _ I _ I _ I _ I _ I _ I _ (0.90) RMSEA _ (0.08) PGFI _ (0.50) are obtained by CFA, except for CMIN and AGFI. The Cronbach 偽 coefficients of the four dimensions were 0.725, 0.780, 0.882 and 0.755, respectively, and the split-half reliability coefficients were 0.776 9 and 0.7988.Conclusion the CES-D-RV is good in reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the depression status of the elderly in the community.
