【摘要】：目的調(diào)查老年住院患者中抑郁的發(fā)病率。方法對≥60歲患者進(jìn)行老年綜合評估(CGA)、情緒評估采用老年抑郁量表(GDS-5),參與評估者共195例,排除拒絕和無法行情緒評估者26例,完成情緒評估者為169例。將入組患者按照年齡、性別、居住情況分組,分別統(tǒng)計(jì)抑郁發(fā)病率。結(jié)果調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)老年住院患者抑郁發(fā)病率為26.0%,男性組為21.5%,女性組為37.5%。獨(dú)居組為43.5%,非獨(dú)居組為23.3%。60~69歲年齡組為0%,70~79歲年齡組為31.8%,80~89歲年齡組為26.7%,90歲以上年齡組為21.6%。結(jié)論抑郁在老年患者中發(fā)病率較高,老年女性患者抑郁發(fā)病率高于老年男性,獨(dú)居老年患者發(fā)病率高于非獨(dú)居老年患者,老年患者抑郁發(fā)病與年齡無明顯相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of depression in elderly inpatients. Methods elderly patients aged more than 60 years old were evaluated by CGAA. The emotional evaluation was performed with the elderly Depression scale (GDS-5). There were 195 patients who participated in the assessment, and 26 patients who excluded the rejection and the inability to do the emotional evaluation. There were 169 patients who completed the emotional assessment. The patients were divided into groups according to their age, sex and residence. Results the incidence of depression in elderly inpatients was 26.0, 21.5g in male group, 37.5in female group, 43.5 in solitary group, 23.3.6069 years old in non-solitary group, 0.7079 years old, 31.88089 years old and 26.790 years old in non-solitary group, 37.5% in male group, 37.5% in male group, 37.5% in male group, 37.5% in male group, 43.5% in male group, 23.33 .6069 years old in non-solitary group, 31.8% in 8089 year group, 26.790 years in non-solitary group. Conclusion the incidence of depression is higher in elderly patients. The incidence of depression in elderly women was higher than that in elderly men, and the incidence of depression in elderly patients living alone was higher than that in non-solitary elderly patients. There was no significant correlation between the incidence of depression and age in elderly patients.
