【摘要】：隨著人口老齡化的出現(xiàn),慢性病嚴(yán)重影響著人類健康,阿爾茨海默病(AD)作為老年癡呆的最常見類型,已經(jīng)成為嚴(yán)重威脅全球老年人精神健康和生活質(zhì)量的疾病。鑒于該病無(wú)有效治愈手段、預(yù)后差,因此早期發(fā)現(xiàn)、診斷并干預(yù)尤為重要。做好該病的社區(qū)管理工作,不僅能延緩疾病進(jìn)程,改善疾病預(yù)后,更能進(jìn)一步減輕我國(guó)的家庭及社會(huì)負(fù)擔(dān)。主觀認(rèn)知下降(SCD)作為AD臨床前期階段而引起國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)學(xué)工作者的廣泛重視,但是國(guó)際上對(duì)于該階段的社區(qū)規(guī)范化管理研究較少,國(guó)內(nèi)研究更是空白。本文擬通過(guò)對(duì)SCD的社區(qū)管理予以綜述,以期為我國(guó)AD臨床前期SCD社區(qū)管理規(guī)范的制定提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of an aging population, chronic diseases seriously affect human health, Alzheimer's disease (AD) as the most common type of Alzheimer's disease, Has become a serious threat to the mental health and quality of life of older persons worldwide. Given the lack of an effective cure and poor prognosis, early detection, diagnosis and intervention are particularly important... community management of the disease, It can not only delay the progress of the disease, improve the prognosis of the disease, but also further lighten the burden on the family and society in our country. As a pre-clinical stage of AD, SCDs have attracted wide attention of medical workers both at home and abroad. However, there is little international research on community standardized management in this stage, and the domestic research is even blank. This paper intends to summarize the community management of SCD in order to provide a reference for the establishment of SCD community management standard in pre-clinical stage of AD in China.
