【摘要】：視空間功能主要是指對刺激對象的識別及其空間定位。視空間感知功能與視空間結(jié)構(gòu)能力為其重要的組成部分。在臨床中視空間功能的損害與癡呆密切相關(guān)。應(yīng)用有效及敏感的視空間檢測量表對不同類型癡呆綜合征的診斷及鑒別診斷具有重要價值。現(xiàn)就視空間功能的涵義、分類、視空間功能損害與癡呆的關(guān)系及其檢測量表等方面進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:The visual spatial function mainly refers to the recognition and location of the stimulant object. The visual spatial perception function and the visual spatial structure ability are the important components of the visual spatial function. The damage of the visual spatial function is closely related to dementia in clinical practice. The effective and sensitive visual spatial measurement scale is of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of different types of dementia syndrome. Classification, the relationship between visual spatial impairment and dementia, and the measurement scale were reviewed.
