【摘要】：目的調(diào)查癲癇患者社會(huì)支持、注意網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能障礙情況,探究?jī)烧叩南嚓P(guān)性。方法選取126例癲癇患者(癲癇組)和126例正常體檢志愿者(正常對(duì)照組)為研究對(duì)象,經(jīng)社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表(SSRS)及注意網(wǎng)絡(luò)測(cè)試程序(ANT)調(diào)查受試者社會(huì)支持情況及注意網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能(定向網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能、警覺(jué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能及執(zhí)行控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能)評(píng)估結(jié)果。分析126例癲癇組中社會(huì)支持良好者和社會(huì)支持不佳者的定向、警覺(jué)、執(zhí)行控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率、平均反應(yīng)時(shí)間及正確率差異,經(jīng)Spearman相關(guān)分析癲癇患者社會(huì)支持同注意網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能障礙的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 126例癲癇患者中,社會(huì)支持不佳(SSRS20分)者44例(34.9%),社會(huì)支持良好者(SSRS≥20分)82例(65.1%)。癲癇組除正確率及警覺(jué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率同正常對(duì)照組比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)外,定向網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率明顯低于正常對(duì)照組,平均反應(yīng)時(shí)間及執(zhí)行控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率則明顯高于正常對(duì)照組(均P0.05)。癲癇組中,社會(huì)支持不佳者定向網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率明顯低于社會(huì)支持良好組,平均反應(yīng)時(shí)間及執(zhí)行控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率則明顯高于社會(huì)支持良好者(均P0.05)。Spearman相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示,癲癇患者SSRS評(píng)分結(jié)果與定向網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率呈正相關(guān)(r=0.553,P=0.000),與平均反應(yīng)時(shí)間及執(zhí)行控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.612、-0.593,P=0.000)。結(jié)論當(dāng)前仍有部分癲癇患者缺少社會(huì)支持,需引起重視;癲癇患者多存在注意網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能受損表現(xiàn),其中定向、執(zhí)行控制功能受損最為嚴(yán)重,良好的社會(huì)支持對(duì)改善社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能具有積極意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the social support of patients with epilepsy, attention network function, to explore the relevance between them. Methods 126 cases of patients with epilepsy (epilepsy group) and 126 cases of normal healthy volunteers (normal control group) as the research object, the social support rating scale (SSRS) and the attention network test program (ANT) subjects social support and attention network (directional network function, alerting network function and executive control network) assessment results. Analysis of 126 cases of epilepsy group orientation, social support and good social support poor the alert, executive control network efficiency, differences in average reaction time and accuracy, the Spearman correlation analysis with society support the same attention network dysfunction in epilepsy. Results 126 cases of epilepsy patients, poor social support (SSRS20) and 44 cases (34.9%), good social support (SSRS = 20) and 82 cases (65.1%). In addition to the correct rate of the epilepsy group and alert network efficiency with the normal control group had no significant difference (P0.05), directional network efficiency is significantly lower than that of the normal control group, the average reaction time and executive control network efficiency is significantly higher than the normal control group (P0.05). The epilepsy group, social support and poor efficiency is significantly lower than that of directed network good social support group, the average reaction time and executive control network efficiency was significantly higher than that of good social support (P0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that SSRS patients with epilepsy score was positively correlated with directional network efficiency (r=0.553, P=0.000), and the average response time and the executive control network efficiency was negatively correlated (r=-0.612, -0.593, P=0.000). Conclusion there are still a part of patients with epilepsy and lack of social support, need attention; patients with epilepsy are attention network damage, including directional,. The damage of the control function is the most serious, and the good social support is of positive significance to the improvement of the social network function.
