【摘要】：正伴隨著不斷發(fā)展和加速的人口老齡化進(jìn)程,高血壓、認(rèn)知功能障礙這兩大問題成為了嚴(yán)重影響老年人生活質(zhì)量及健康的問題。近年來,與高血壓相關(guān)的老年腦功能的損害逐漸成為研究熱點,即輕度認(rèn)知功能損害到癡呆的序貫性變化[1-4]。認(rèn)知功能障礙嚴(yán)重影響高血壓患者的生活質(zhì)量,同時也是家庭及社會的沉重負(fù)擔(dān)。本文就高血壓與老年人認(rèn)知功能的關(guān)系、可能機(jī)制方面做一綜述。1認(rèn)知功能障礙的流行病學(xué)特點2009年全球?qū)ΠV呆診治的花費為4200億美元,
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and acceleration of the aging process of the population, hypertension, cognitive dysfunction and these two major problems have become a serious impact on the quality of life and health of the elderly in recent years, The impairment of brain function in the elderly associated with hypertension has gradually become a hot topic, that is, the sequential changes from mild cognitive impairment to dementia [1-4]. Cognitive impairment seriously affects the quality of life of hypertensive patients. It is also a heavy burden on family and society. This article reviews the epidemiological characteristics of cognitive dysfunction in the elderly and the relationship between hypertension and cognitive function. In 2009, the global cost of diagnosis and treatment of dementia was US $420 billion.
