【摘要】：目的分析美沙酮維持治療(MMT)海洛因依賴患者(HDPs)的孤獨(dú)感與疼痛的相互關(guān)系。方法 603例MMT門診HDPs完成一般情況問(wèn)卷、抑郁自評(píng)量表、焦慮自評(píng)量表、單一條目孤獨(dú)感自評(píng)問(wèn)卷和五點(diǎn)口述分級(jí)評(píng)分疼痛強(qiáng)度自評(píng)問(wèn)題。用有序因變量Logistic回歸分析孤獨(dú)感與疼痛的雙向聯(lián)系。結(jié)果孤獨(dú)感與疼痛強(qiáng)度評(píng)分呈中度顯著正相關(guān)性(r=0.453,P0.001)。控制社會(huì)人口學(xué)因素、物質(zhì)使用特征變量、抑郁癥狀和焦慮癥狀的潛在混雜效應(yīng)后,疼痛強(qiáng)度增加與孤獨(dú)感風(fēng)險(xiǎn)上升呈顯著相關(guān)性(OR=1.53,P0.001),孤獨(dú)感水平升高也與疼痛強(qiáng)度增加呈顯著相關(guān)性(OR=1.22,P0.042)。結(jié)論 MMT門診HDPs的孤獨(dú)感與疼痛存在雙向作用,社會(huì)心理干預(yù)配合合適的疼痛管理有利于HDPs的全面康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between loneliness and pain in heroin addicts with methadone maintenance therapy. Methods 603 MMT outpatients with HDPs completed general condition questionnaire, self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale. Single item loneliness self-evaluation questionnaire and five-point oral rating scale pain intensity self-evaluation question. Using ordered dependent variable Logistic regression analysis of the relationship between loneliness and pain. Results loneliness and pain intensity score showed moderate significant positive. The correlation was 0.453g P 0.001.The factors of controlling social demography, The potential confounding effects of substance use characteristic variables, depression and anxiety symptoms, There was a significant correlation between the increase of pain intensity and the risk of loneliness. There was also a significant correlation between the increased level of loneliness and the increase of pain intensity. Conclusion there is a two-way effect between loneliness and pain in HDPs in MMT clinic. Psychosocial intervention combined with appropriate pain management is beneficial to the overall rehabilitation of HDPs.
