沈陽市沈北新區(qū)某中學(xué)學(xué)生抑郁狀況及相關(guān)因素研究

【摘要】:抑郁情緒,是以情緒低落為主要特征的一類心理疾病,它作為一種負(fù)性情緒,對(duì)青少年心理健康和健全人格的形成與發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了不良的影響,已經(jīng)成為危害青少年身心健康的重要因素之一。本研究以青少年的心理特點(diǎn)為研究依據(jù),,以抑郁情緒的發(fā)生機(jī)制作為研究的切入點(diǎn),對(duì)沈陽市沈北新區(qū)某中學(xué)學(xué)生抑郁癥狀群的檢出情況及產(chǎn)生的影響因素進(jìn)行深入研究,希望能夠?qū)η嗌倌暌钟羟榫w的預(yù)防、干預(yù)以及自我調(diào)節(jié)提供一定的理論支持和依據(jù),并為進(jìn)一步研究中學(xué)生抑郁情緒影響因素提供一定的啟發(fā)和借鑒。 在研究過程中,采用自編問卷和PHQ-9抑郁量表對(duì)沈陽市沈北新區(qū)某中學(xué)的230名同學(xué)進(jìn)行了測(cè)量,篩查出了93名有抑郁癥狀群的檢出情況的個(gè)體,占總體的40.4%。隨后將問卷信息錄入,并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,研究該校中學(xué)生抑郁癥狀群的檢出情況發(fā)生的影響因素。最后,經(jīng)研究得出以下結(jié)論: 第一,該校學(xué)生抑郁癥狀群的檢出率較高,應(yīng)予以關(guān)注。 第二,經(jīng)單因素分析得影響因素有以下內(nèi)容: 1.家庭情況。包括家庭氣氛、參加課外學(xué)習(xí)情況。 2.社會(huì)生活事件。包括健康狀況、鍛煉身體情況、孤獨(dú)程度、批評(píng)處分情況、學(xué)習(xí)壓力情況、自尊心情況、與父母是否存在矛盾情況、心靈創(chuàng)傷事件、災(zāi)難性事件及心理素質(zhì)自評(píng)情況方面的影響較為突出,從而導(dǎo)致了個(gè)體抑郁。 第三,經(jīng)多因素分析得獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素包括以下內(nèi)容:家庭氣氛、參加課外學(xué)習(xí)情況、健康情況、孤獨(dú)程度、批評(píng)處分情況和學(xué)習(xí)壓力情況。
[Abstract]:Depression is a kind of psychological disease characterized by depression. As a negative emotion, it has a negative effect on the formation and development of adolescents' mental health and sound personality. This study is based on the psychological characteristics of adolescents, and takes the mechanism of depression as the starting point. In order to provide some theoretical support and basis for the prevention, intervention and self-regulation of adolescent depression, this paper makes an in-depth study on the detection of depressive symptom group and its influencing factors in a middle school student in Shenyang Shenyang New District, and hopes to provide some theoretical support and basis for the prevention, intervention and self-regulation of adolescent depression. It also provides some inspiration and reference for further study on the influencing factors of middle school students'depression. In the course of the study, the self-made questionnaire and the PHQ-9 depression scale were used to measure 230 students of a middle school in Shenyang New District, and 93 individuals with depression symptoms were screened out. Then the questionnaire information was input and the data were statistically analyzed to study the factors influencing the occurrence of depression symptom group in the middle school students. Finally, the following conclusions were reached by the study:. First, the rate of depressive symptoms of students in this school is high and should be paid attention to. Second, the single factor analysis shows that there are the following factors:. 1. Family situation, including family atmosphere, participation in extracurricular studies. 2. Social life events, including health, physical exercise, loneliness, critical punishment, learning stress, self-esteem, conflict with parents, traumatic events, The effects of catastrophic events and self-assessment of psychological quality are more prominent, resulting in individual depression. Thirdly, independent risk factors include family atmosphere, extracurricular learning, health, loneliness, critical punishment and learning stress.
