【摘要】：目的探討慢性丙型病毒性肝炎(CHC)伴發(fā)焦慮抑郁癥患者血清載脂蛋白B(Apo B)表達(dá)水平及意義。方法選取2010年1月—2014年6月于四川省達(dá)州市中心醫(yī)院住院的CHC患者100例為CHC組,另選取同時(shí)期本院體檢健康者100例為對(duì)照組。采用醫(yī)院焦慮和抑郁量表評(píng)估焦慮/抑郁癥程度,采用Olympus 3200型全自動(dòng)生化分析儀檢測血清Apo B水平。比較對(duì)照組及不同焦慮或抑郁癥程度CHC患者血清Apo B水平的差異。結(jié)果 100例CHC患者中無焦慮組54例、輕度焦慮組20例、中重度焦慮組26例,無抑郁癥組74例、輕度抑郁癥組9例、中重度抑郁癥組17例。無焦慮組、輕度焦慮組、中重度焦慮組患者血清Apo B水平較對(duì)照組下降(P0.05);無焦慮組、輕度焦慮組、中重度焦慮組患者血清Apo B水平比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。無抑郁癥組、輕度抑郁癥組、中重度抑郁癥組患者血清Apo B水平較對(duì)照組下降(P0.05);輕度抑郁癥組、中重度抑郁癥組患者血清Apo B水平較無抑郁癥組下降(P0.05);中重度抑郁癥組患者血清Apo B水平較輕度抑郁癥組下降(P0.05)。結(jié)論 CHC患者伴發(fā)焦慮抑郁癥與血清Apo B水平降低相關(guān),血清Apo B水平下降與抑郁癥程度相關(guān),而與焦慮程度無明顯相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of serum apolipoprotein (ApoB) Apo B in patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC) accompanied with anxiety depression. Methods 100 CHC patients hospitalized in Dazhou Central Hospital of Sichuan Province from January 2010 to June 2014 were selected as CHC group. In addition, 100 healthy patients in the same period were selected as control group. The degree of anxiety and depression was evaluated by hospital anxiety and depression scale. The serum Apo B levels were measured by Olympus 3200 automatic biochemical analyzer. The serum Apo B levels were compared between the control group and CHC patients with different degree of anxiety or depression. Results there were 54 cases of no anxiety group and 20 cases of mild anxiety group in 100 cases of CHC. There were 26 cases of moderate and severe anxiety group, 74 cases of non-depression group, 9 cases of mild depression group and 17 cases of moderate and severe depression group. The serum Apo B level of patients in non-anxiety group, mild anxiety group and moderate and severe anxiety group was lower than that in control group (P 0.05), no anxiety group, no anxiety group, no anxiety group, no anxiety group, no anxiety group, no anxiety group, There was no significant difference in serum Apo B levels between mild anxiety group and moderate and severe anxiety group (P 0.05). The serum Apo B level in mild depression group, mild depression group, moderate and severe depression group was lower than that in control group (P 0.05), while in mild depression group, the serum Apo B level in mild depression group was lower than that in control group (P 0.05). The level of serum Apo B in patients with moderate and severe depression was lower than that in patients without depression (P 0.05A), and the level of serum Apo B in patients with moderate and severe depression was lower than that in patients with mild depression (P 0.05). Conclusion the level of serum Apo B in patients with CHC associated with anxiety depression is correlated with the decrease of serum Apo B levels. The decrease of serum Apo B level was correlated with the degree of depression, but not with the degree of anxiety.
