【摘要】：目的:探討兒童孤獨癥與免疫系統(tǒng)的關(guān)系,為兒童孤獨癥病因?qū)W研究提供依據(jù)。方法:選取天津市4所啟智學(xué)校及1所私立孤獨癥早教干預(yù)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的孤獨癥兒童進(jìn)行CABS、CARS、ABC量表的評定,運(yùn)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法檢測血清IL-1β、IL-2R、IL-6、IL-8的水平,單因素分析血清白細(xì)胞介素與兒童孤獨癥的關(guān)系,相關(guān)分析孤獨癥兒童血清白細(xì)胞介素水平與行為特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:孤獨癥兒童血清IL-1β、IL-2R、IL-6、IL-8水平與正常參考值的差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01),且高于正常參考值。孤獨癥兒童血清IL-1β、IL-2R、IL-6、IL-8水平與ABC量表中軀體運(yùn)動項目得分呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),與CARS量表得分相關(guān)性檢驗差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。結(jié)論:孤獨癥兒童可能存在免疫系統(tǒng)損傷,血清白細(xì)胞介素水平可能與孤獨癥兒童的軀體運(yùn)動障礙有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between autism and immune system in children. Methods: 4 schools in Tianjin and 1 private autistic early education intervention training institution were selected to carry out cars. ABC scale was used to detect the level of IL-6 / IL-8 in serum IL-1 尾 -IL-2RU and IL-6 by Elisa, and the relationship between serum interleukin and autism in children was analyzed by univariate analysis. Results: the serum levels of IL-1 尾 and IL-2RN6 in autistic children were correlated with the behavioral characteristics of autistic children. The difference between IL-8 level and normal reference value was statistically significant (P 0.01) and higher than that of normal reference value (P < 0.05). The serum IL-1 尾 -IL-2RU IL-6 in autistic children was significantly higher than that of normal reference value (P < 0.05). The level of IL-8 was positively correlated with the score of somatic motor items in ABC scale (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the correlation test and the score of CARS scale (P < 0.05). Conclusion: there may be immune system damage in autistic children. Serum interleukin level may be associated with somatic motor disorders in autistic children.
