【摘要】：目的分析合成毒品濫用對(duì)青少年危險(xiǎn)性行為特征及抑郁狀態(tài)的影響。方法選擇隱蔽人群方便樣本的定量調(diào)查中的青少年部分,結(jié)合血清學(xué)檢測(cè)結(jié)果和流行病學(xué)中心抑郁量表測(cè)評(píng),反映合成毒品濫用者的性行為特征和抑郁狀態(tài)。結(jié)果 286名調(diào)查對(duì)象中,18~24歲梅毒檢出率為17.5%(50名),16名(5.6%)為艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗體陽(yáng)性,43.0%抑郁評(píng)分16分。213名吸毒青少年中,抑郁評(píng)分16分的107人,占50.2%。單因素分析顯示,抑郁與不能堅(jiān)持使用安全套[比值比(OR)=0.55,95%可信區(qū)間(CI):0.34~0.90]、有群交史(OR=2.38,95%CI:1.24~4.54)、使用多種毒品(OR=4.72,95%CI:1.72~17.54)、吸毒成癮(OR=3.92,95%CI:1.23~1.62)、和多性伴相關(guān)(OR=3.35,95%CI:1.88~5.95)(過(guò)去6個(gè)月≥2個(gè)性伴),與吸毒年份(OR=1.33,95%CI:1.13~1.57)成正相關(guān)。多因素分析顯示,控制其他因素,抑郁與吸毒成癮[調(diào)整比值比(aOR=3.62,95%CI:1.92~6.82)和吸毒的年份(aOR=1.20,95%CI:1.01~1.43)成正相關(guān)。結(jié)論合成毒品濫用伴隨抑郁與危險(xiǎn)性行為增加,梅毒和HIV感染率高提示今后該人群中健康干預(yù)工作壓力大。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effects of synthetic drug abuse on adolescents' risk behavior and depression. According to the results of serological examination and the scale of depression in the Epidemiology Center, the characteristics of sexual behavior and depression of synthetic drug abusers were reflected.
