睡眠剝奪中感覺運(yùn)動皮層和視覺皮層神經(jīng)活動及警覺水平的改變(英文)

在睡眠剝奪(sleep deprivation,SD)過程中,人類大腦的神經(jīng)活動和警覺水平如何受到影響,尤其是感覺運(yùn)動和視覺系統(tǒng),目前仍是研究的熱點(diǎn).靜息狀態(tài)功能磁共振成像(resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging,rf MRI)作為一種反映人腦自發(fā)活動的非侵入式成像技術(shù),在睡眠剝奪的研究中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用.本研究采用9次重復(fù)rf MRI和心理運(yùn)動警覺任務(wù)(psychomotor vigilance task,PVT),以探索23名志愿者在整個36 h的睡眠剝奪過程中神經(jīng)活動和警覺水平的變化.采用基于PVT的平均反應(yīng)時(shí)間(mean reaction time,MRT)和失效率(lapses ratio,LR)評估警覺水平的變化;采用基于rf MRI的區(qū)域同質(zhì)性(region homogeneity,Re Ho)和低頻波動幅度(amplitude of low frequency fluctuation,ALFF)評估大腦神經(jīng)活動變化.結(jié)果表明,感覺運(yùn)動網(wǎng)絡(luò)(sensorimotor network,SMN)和視覺區(qū)域(visu...
