　　目的:探討黃葵斂腸湯治療硫酸葡聚糖鈉（dextran sulfate sodium,DSS）誘導(dǎo)的潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎（ulcerative colitis,UC）的療效及可能的分子機制。方法:用DSS誘導(dǎo)小鼠潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎,予以黃葵斂腸湯和美沙拉嗪治療。通過疾病活動指數(shù)（disease activity index,DAI）評分和組織學(xué)評分評估腸道損傷,通過酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法檢測結(jié)腸組織中白細胞介素（interleukin,IL）-6、IL-23和IL-17含量,通過定量聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)（real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction,qPCR）測定結(jié)腸中IL-6、IL-23、IL-17、糖蛋白130（glycoprotein 130,gp130）、維甲酸受體相關(guān)孤兒核受體（retinoic acid receptor-related orphan nuclear receptorγ,RORγt）及信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)和轉(zhuǎn)錄激活因子3（signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3）含量。通過蛋白印...
