放松訓(xùn)練對職業(yè)緊張刑警心率變異性的影響

【摘要】:目的研究生物反饋放松訓(xùn)練對職業(yè)緊張刑警心率變異性(HRV)的影響。方法使用職業(yè)健康量表(OSI-R)篩選我市中、高度緊張反應(yīng)(即個人緊張反應(yīng)分量表T分60以上)刑警538人,隨機抽取52名為研究對象。運用心理素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練評估系統(tǒng)分別于靜息、應(yīng)激、放松狀態(tài)下測定其肌電水平(EMG)、心率(HR)、HRV時域指標(SDNN、RMSSD、pNN50)和頻域指標(VLF、LF、HF、TP、LF/HF),并進行比較分析。結(jié)果應(yīng)激狀態(tài)EMG(29.27±9.79)高于靜息(14.13±8.00)及放松(10.02±6.74)狀態(tài)(P0.05),靜息與放松狀態(tài)差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05);SDNN、RMSSD、VLF、HF和TP均是應(yīng)激狀態(tài)最低,放松狀態(tài)最高(P0.05);LF、LF/HF均是應(yīng)激狀態(tài)最高,放松狀態(tài)最低(P0.05)。結(jié)論放松訓(xùn)練可以改善職業(yè)緊張刑警自主神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的功能活性狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of biofeedback relaxation training on heart rate variability (HRV) of occupational stress police. Methods the occupational health scale (OSI-R) was used to screen 538 criminal police officers with high stress response (T score above 60), and 52 were randomly selected as subjects. The (EMG), heart rate (HR), HRV time domain index (SDNN,RMSSD,pNN50) and frequency domain index (VLF,LF,HF,TP,LF/HF) were measured under the condition of rest, stress and relaxation by the psychological quality training evaluation system. And carry on the comparative analysis. Results EMG in stress state (29.27 鹵9.79) was higher than that in rest (14.13 鹵8.00) and relaxation (10.02 鹵6.74) (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between rest and relaxation (P0.05). Both SDNN,RMSSD,VLF,HF and TP were the lowest and the relaxation was the highest (P0.05), while the LF,LF/HF was the highest and the lowest (P0.05). Conclusion relaxation training can improve the function of autonomic nervous system of occupational nervous system.
