【摘要】：為了加深對(duì)NLRC5分子結(jié)構(gòu)與功能復(fù)雜性的理解,論述了NLRC5的分子結(jié)構(gòu)、組織差異表達(dá)與定位、生物學(xué)功能。重點(diǎn)論述了NLRC5在抗病毒免疫過(guò)程、炎癥小體形成以及MHCⅠ分子基因轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)節(jié)過(guò)程中的功能,以期為NLRC5與天然免疫的相關(guān)研究提供參考。
