    我國(guó)醫(yī)藥教育已取得空前發(fā)展,但仍不適應(yīng)社會(huì)對(duì)醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生事業(yè)發(fā)展和醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生專門人才的需要。醫(yī)藥教育要更好地為醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生事業(yè)發(fā)展服務(wù),必須加速解決我國(guó)醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生隊(duì)伍數(shù)量不足、素質(zhì)不高的問題。而為此,又須首先解決我國(guó)高等醫(yī)藥教育規(guī)模過小、學(xué)制繁雜、層次結(jié)構(gòu)不合理的問題。根據(jù)我國(guó)醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)不同層次醫(yī)科專門人才的需求,我國(guó)醫(yī)科教育仍應(yīng)包括研究生、本科、專科、中專四個(gè)層次,但各層次都需要進(jìn)行合理地調(diào)整。高等醫(yī)學(xué)本科教育應(yīng)增設(shè)七年制。

    Based on the experience of three-yeartraining school educational system for healthstaff in past seven years,this article points outthree problems existing in this system.Theyare unfavourable to stabilize the minds of thespecial secondary school graduates,unfavour-able to cut down expenses for running a school,and unfavourable to heighten the learning en-thusiasm of the students.The authors suggestthat the development of the three-year train-ing school education shouhl be gradually limitedand that on-the-job...

The study suggests that 15 specialties be set up to cope with the demand of the society and the trend in the development of medicine, and a full-time study of 2-3-year schooling be recommended. The study also deals with the feasibility of its TV education and teaching by correspondence.

    我國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)成人學(xué)歷教育已有很大發(fā)展。為健全和完善成人學(xué)歷教育所開展的調(diào)查分析表明:全國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)成人高校在地區(qū)分布上不平衡,個(gè)別地區(qū)可適當(dāng)增設(shè)新校。教學(xué)應(yīng)根據(jù)中專畢業(yè)后再教育的特點(diǎn),安排補(bǔ)基、補(bǔ)缺、補(bǔ)新教育;教學(xué)過程和考查、考試一定要嚴(yán)格。在專業(yè)設(shè)置上,根據(jù)社會(huì)需求和醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)可設(shè)15種;全日制修業(yè)年限為2~3年。對(duì)電視教育、函授的可行性也作了探討。
