【摘要】：目的通過解剖研究探討肘關(guān)節(jié)尺側(cè)副韌帶前束等長(zhǎng)重建的最佳定位點(diǎn)。方法 8具成人尸體完整肘關(guān)節(jié)標(biāo)本,在尺側(cè)副韌帶前束上、下止點(diǎn)區(qū)域分別取各3個(gè)定位點(diǎn),兩兩配對(duì)后分別測(cè)量上、下兩點(diǎn)之間的距離在各個(gè)角度的變化,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果肘關(guān)節(jié)旋轉(zhuǎn)中心至冠突下方尺骨粗隆最高點(diǎn)的距離變化與其他各組相比最小(P0.0001)。上止點(diǎn)定位于肘關(guān)節(jié)旋轉(zhuǎn)中心時(shí)距離變化最小,與其它兩個(gè)上定位點(diǎn)相比差異有顯著性(P0.0001)。結(jié)論等長(zhǎng)重建肘關(guān)節(jié)尺側(cè)副韌帶前束的最佳定位點(diǎn)位于肘關(guān)節(jié)旋轉(zhuǎn)中心點(diǎn)到冠突下方尺骨粗隆最高點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the optimal location of the anterior bundle of the ulnar collateral ligament of the elbow by anatomical study. Methods 8 adult cadavers with complete elbow joints were collected from the anterior bundle of the ulnar collateral ligament and the region of the lower end of the ulnar collateral ligament. The distance between the upper and lower two points was measured at different angles after pairing. Statistical analysis was carried out. Results the distance between the rotation center of the elbow joint and the highest point of the ulna under the coronal process was the smallest compared with the other groups (P 0.0001). The distance between upper and lower point was the least when located at the center of rotation of elbow joint, and there was significant difference compared with the other two points (P0.0001). Conclusion the optimal location of the anterior bundle of the ulnar collateral ligament for equidistant reconstruction of the elbow joint is from the center of rotation of the elbow joint to the highest point of the ulnar protuberance below the coronal process.
