【摘要】：目的探討血漿晚期氧化蛋白產(chǎn)物(AOPPs)對(duì)血漿高密度脂蛋白(HDL)亞類(lèi)組成及含量的影響。方法采用氯胺-T法和雙向電泳免疫印跡檢測(cè)法對(duì)346例受試者分別測(cè)定血漿AOPPs的相對(duì)含量和血漿HDL亞類(lèi)的組成及含量。按AOPPs濃度均值加或減去一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差作為分割點(diǎn),將受試者分為3組,即低AOPPs(AOPPs≤60μmol/L)組、中AOPPs(60μmol/LAOPPs90μmol/L)組、高AOPPs(AOPPs≥90μmol/L)組。結(jié)果與低AOPPs組相比,高AOPPs組中preβ1-HDL及HDL3a顯著增多(P0.001),而HDL2a、卵磷脂膽固醇�；D(zhuǎn)移酶及HDL2b顯著降低(P0.001),各組膽固醇酯轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白無(wú)變化。相關(guān)性分析表明AOPPs與血漿HDL亞類(lèi)分布存在顯著相關(guān)。結(jié)論隨著血漿AOPPs水平的升高HDL顆粒有變小的趨勢(shì),AOPPs可能阻礙了HDL的成熟代謝。
