【摘要】：正筆者在解剖一成年男性尸體時發(fā)現(xiàn)共3支肝動脈,其中1支為副肝右動脈,從腸系膜上動脈發(fā)出,且有2支膽囊動脈從副肝右動脈發(fā)出,現(xiàn)報道如下:腹腔干從腹主動脈發(fā)出后即分為胃左動脈、脾動脈和肝總動脈(圖1),其中肝總動脈外徑為3.90 mm,斜行向右上方,在小網膜內走行2.3 cm后,先發(fā)出肝
[Abstract]:During the dissection of an adult male cadaver, three hepatic arteries were found, one of which was accessory right hepatic artery, which originated from the superior mesenteric artery and two gallbladder arteries from the right accessory hepatic artery. It is reported as follows: the abdominal trunk is divided into left gastric artery, splenic artery and common hepatic artery (fig. 1, the external diameter of the common hepatic artery is 3.90 mm, oblique to the upper right, 2.3 cm in the lesser omentum).
