【摘要】：正筆者在解剖一成年男性尸體時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)共3支肝動(dòng)脈,其中1支為副肝右動(dòng)脈,從腸系膜上動(dòng)脈發(fā)出,且有2支膽囊動(dòng)脈從副肝右動(dòng)脈發(fā)出,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下:腹腔干從腹主動(dòng)脈發(fā)出后即分為胃左動(dòng)脈、脾動(dòng)脈和肝總動(dòng)脈(圖1),其中肝總動(dòng)脈外徑為3.90 mm,斜行向右上方,在小網(wǎng)膜內(nèi)走行2.3 cm后,先發(fā)出肝
[Abstract]:During the dissection of an adult male cadaver, three hepatic arteries were found, one of which was accessory right hepatic artery, which originated from the superior mesenteric artery and two gallbladder arteries from the right accessory hepatic artery. It is reported as follows: the abdominal trunk is divided into left gastric artery, splenic artery and common hepatic artery (fig. 1, the external diameter of the common hepatic artery is 3.90 mm, oblique to the upper right, 2.3 cm in the lesser omentum).
