在職人群身體活動(dòng)社會(huì)心理因素量表的修訂及信效度評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的修訂在職人群身體活動(dòng)社會(huì)心理因素量表并對(duì)其進(jìn)行信效度評(píng)價(jià)。方法在參考國(guó)外有關(guān)量表的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)7名專(zhuān)家、3名企業(yè)健康專(zhuān)員及10名員工代表的訪(fǎng)談,初步篩選問(wèn)卷?xiàng)l目。采用方便抽樣的方法,在上海市某科研院所中選取100名員工進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查;采用同質(zhì)性信度、重測(cè)信度和分半信度進(jìn)行信度評(píng)價(jià),采用內(nèi)容效度和結(jié)構(gòu)效度進(jìn)行效度評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果總量表最終保留了38個(gè)條目,分為自我效能、社會(huì)支持、決定平衡、改變策略之認(rèn)知策略、改變策略之行為策略、家庭周邊環(huán)境以及工作情況共計(jì)7個(gè)分量表。信度方面,各分量表的Cronbach′α系數(shù)為0.540~0.911;除了決定平衡分量表的阻礙因素維度外,其余6個(gè)分量表的重測(cè)信度均0.5;分半信度方面,除家庭周邊環(huán)境分量表外,其余分量表的分半信度均0.7。效度方面,各分量表的表面效度較好,專(zhuān)家評(píng)分為3.84~4.53。因子分析結(jié)果表明,各分量表的結(jié)構(gòu)效度較好,累積方差貢獻(xiàn)率均50%。結(jié)論對(duì)于文化程度較高的腦力勞動(dòng)者,該量表具有較好的信度和效度,但考慮研究本身的局限性,所以該量表能否作為評(píng)價(jià)在職人群身體活動(dòng)社會(huì)心理因素的有效工具,還有待進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to revise and evaluate the social and psychological factors of physical activity of the working population. Methods on the basis of referring to foreign scales, the questionnaire items were preliminarily selected by interviews with 7 experts and 3 health specialists and 10 staff representatives. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 100 employees in a scientific research institute in Shanghai by the method of convenient sampling. The reliability was evaluated by homogeneity reliability, retest reliability and split-half reliability, and the validity was evaluated by content validity and structural validity. Results the total amount table retained 38 items, which were divided into 7 subscales: self-efficacy, social support, decision balance, cognitive strategies for changing strategies, behavioral strategies for changing strategies, family surroundings and work conditions. In terms of reliability, the Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of each subscale was 0.540 / 0.911; except for the dimension of obstacle factors which determined the balance component table, the test-retest reliability of the other six subscales was 0.5, and the split-half reliability was 0.5, except for the environmental component table around the family. The split-half reliability of the other component tables was 0.7. In terms of validity, the surface validity of each subscale was better, with an expert score of 3.84 鹵4.53. The results of factor analysis showed that the structural validity of each subscale was good, and the contribution rate of cumulative variance was 50%. Conclusion the scale has good reliability and validity for the mental workers with higher education level, but considering the limitations of the study itself, the scale can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the social and psychological factors of physical activity of the working population. Further research remains to be done.
