【摘要】：目的探討恐傷母鼠對仔鼠空間學習和記憶能力影響。方法采用旁觀電擊法制備恐傷母鼠動物模型,應用Morris水迷宮定位航行實驗及空間探索實驗測試1月齡仔鼠空間學習和記憶能力。結果定位航行實驗中,對照組1～4 d平均潛伏期分別為(47.7±16.7)、(39.8±20.6)、(30.9±18.9)、(26.6±13.3)s,模型組分別為(89.5±27.2)、(70.7±40.0)、(57.4±38.3)、(55.5±35.9)s,模型組比對照組仔鼠平均潛伏期延長,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);與對照組比較,模型組仔鼠較多采用非有效策略,較少采用有效策略,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=5.104,P=0.024);空間探索實驗中,模型組比對照組仔鼠平均游泳速度變慢,游泳路程在20%邊緣區(qū)平均百分比變大,在其他區(qū)域平均百分比減小(P0.05)。結論恐傷母鼠可使仔鼠空間學習和記憶能力下降。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of fear injury on spatial learning and memory of newborn rats.Methods the female model of fear injury was made by bystander electric shock. The spatial learning and memory abilities of 1-month-old rats were tested by Morris water maze navigation experiment and space exploration experiment.In the spatial exploration experiment, the average swimming speed of the model group was slower than that of the control group, and the average percentage of swimming distance in the 20% edge area was larger than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 5. 104), the average swimming speed of the model group was lower than that of the control group, and the average percentage of swimming distance in the 20% edge area was larger than that in the control group.The average percentage decreased in other regions (P 0.05).Conclusion fear injury can decrease the spatial learning and memory ability of young rats.
