自殺新聞報道對大學生注意偏向及自殺意念影響的實驗研究

【摘要】:一、研究的意義與目的目前大學生群體中自殺事件屢屢發(fā)生,而自殺意念是預測自殺行為的有效指標。本研究針對大學生群體開展自殺意念的研究可以為大學生自殺預防工作提供理論依據(jù),對控制自殺行為、降低自殺率具有重要意義。此外,自殺事件具有話題敏感性,作為公共衛(wèi)生問題常受到媒體的關注報道,因此也會引發(fā)受眾的廣泛注意。因此探討媒體報道自殺事件對受眾的影響,可以從實證角度進一步證明媒體遵守自殺報道規(guī)范的重要性,督促媒體工作者在自殺報道中避免對受眾的消極影響,對預防自殺及規(guī)范自殺報道具有重要的理論意義和社會意義。本研究旨在通過實驗研究,探究自殺報道材料的規(guī)范性對大學生注意偏向及自殺意念產(chǎn)生的影響,為規(guī)范媒體報道及預防大學生自殺提供理論依據(jù)及實踐參考。二、對象和方法招募在校大學生志愿者作為實驗被試,以失范自殺報道和規(guī)范自殺報道作為實驗材料,被試分為兩組(對照組與實驗組)進行實驗。采用點探測實驗范式、內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測驗(IAT)、自殺意念自評量表(SIOSS)作為測量工具。兩組被試均接受相同的實驗程序但實驗材料有所差異,對照組被試閱讀規(guī)范自殺報道而實驗組被試閱讀失范自殺報道。實驗操作要求被試在實驗室電腦上單獨進行,被試閱讀自殺報道后依次進行點探測實驗、詞語評分實驗、內(nèi)隱自殺意念測驗及外顯自殺意念測量問卷。三、結(jié)果1.實驗組被試與對照組被試閱讀自殺報道后,對自殺相關詞語的反應時均顯著短于中性詞的反應時。2.實驗組被試對負性詞及自殺詞的愉悅度評分顯著低于對照組評分。3.實驗組被試的內(nèi)隱自殺意念分數(shù)顯著高于對照組被試分數(shù)。4.實驗組被試外顯自殺意念中的樂觀因子分數(shù)顯著低于對照組被試分數(shù)。5.兩組被試的內(nèi)隱自殺意念結(jié)果與外顯自殺意念結(jié)果不相關。四、結(jié)論1.閱讀失范自殺報道和規(guī)范自殺報道,均會使大學生對自殺相關詞語產(chǎn)生注意偏向。2.閱讀失范自殺報道會導致大學生對負性信息和自殺相關信息產(chǎn)生更強烈的消極情感體驗。3.閱讀失范自殺報道會增強大學生的內(nèi)隱自殺意念。4.閱讀失范自殺報道顯著降低了大學生外顯自殺意念中的樂觀因子。5.大學生的內(nèi)隱自殺意念和外顯自殺意念相互獨立。
[Abstract]:First, the significance and purpose of the study. At present, suicides occur frequently among college students. Suicide ideation is an effective index to predict suicidal behavior. The study on suicidal ideation in college students can provide theoretical basis for suicide prevention and control suicide behavior. It is important to reduce the suicide rate. In addition, suicide incidents are subject sensitive and are often reported in the media as a public health issue. Therefore, discussing the impact of media coverage on the audience can further prove the importance of media adherence to suicide reporting norms from an empirical point of view. It is of great theoretical and social significance to urge media workers to avoid the negative influence on the audience in suicide reporting and to regulate suicide reporting. This paper explores the influence of the standardization of suicide reporting materials on the attention bias and suicidal ideation of college students, and provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for standardizing media reports and preventing college students from committing suicide. Participants and methods volunteers from college students were recruited as subjects. The subjects were divided into two groups (control group and experimental group). The implicit association test (IATT) and self-rating suicide ideation scale (SIOSS) were used as measurement tools. Both groups received the same experimental procedure but different experimental materials. The subjects in the control group read the standardized suicide report while the subjects in the experimental group read the abnormal suicide report. Implicit suicide ideation test and explicit suicide ideation questionnaire. Third, results: 1. After reading suicide report, the subjects in the experimental group and the control group read the suicide report. 2. The response time to suicide-related words was significantly shorter than that of neutral words. 2. The scores of pleasure to negative words and suicide words in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The implicit suicidal ideation scores of the subjects in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The positive factor scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. 5. There was no correlation between implicit suicidal ideation and explicit suicidal ideation in the two groups. 4. Reading the abnormal suicide report and standardizing suicide report, 2. Reading abnormal suicide reports will lead to a stronger negative emotional experience of negative information and suicide-related information .3.Reading abnormal suicide reports will increase. Reading abnormal suicide report significantly reduced the optimistic factor of explicit suicidal ideation. 5. Implicit suicidal ideation and explicit suicidal ideation were independent of each other.
