兩種地霉對甲板侵襲力的分析

【摘要】:目的通過建立真菌透甲模型,探討林生地霉、白地霉在體外能否侵犯健康甲板。方法以紅色毛癬菌作為陽性對照,制備透甲模型,分為林生地霉組、白地霉組和紅色毛癬菌組,觀察并記錄各組透甲時間,采用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法比較是否存在差異性。采用掃描電鏡觀察受侵甲板的微觀變化。結(jié)果三株真菌的菌絲均能穿透甲板,其中林生地霉組的透甲時間為(15.07±3.28)d,白地霉組為(14.50±1.67)d,紅色毛癬菌組為(6.76±1.72)d。林生地霉組和白地霉組的透甲時間均明顯長于紅色毛癬菌組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),林生地霉組和白地霉組的透甲時間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。掃描電鏡觀察到三種菌株均有菌絲從角化細(xì)胞縫隙及細(xì)胞中央穿過,相對于健康甲板,受侵甲板背側(cè)面角化細(xì)胞"魚鱗樣"排列消失,邊緣模糊,細(xì)胞間隙寬窄不等,腹側(cè)面角化細(xì)胞未見明顯變化。結(jié)論林生地霉和白地霉均能穿透甲板,但侵襲力較紅色毛癬菌弱。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a fungus through armour model, and to investigate whether Trichophyton woodland and Trichophyton albicans can invade the health deck in vitro. Methods the model was made by using Trichophyton rubrum as positive control, and was divided into three groups: dipyridium forest group, Trichophyton albicans group and Trichophyton rubrum group. The time of penetration was observed and recorded, and the difference was compared by statistical method. The microscopic changes of the invading deck were observed by scanning electron microscope. Results the mycelium of the three fungi could penetrate the deck. The time of nail penetration was 15.07 鹵3.28 days in Trichoderma forest group, 14.50 鹵1.67 days in Trichophyton albicans group and 6.76 鹵1.72 days in Trichophyton rubrum group. The penetration time of Trichophyton rubrum group and Trichophyton albicans group was significantly longer than that of Trichophyton rubrum group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the penetration time between the two groups. Scanning electron microscope showed that the mycelium passed through the keratinocyte crevice and the center of the cell, as opposed to the healthy deck. The "ichthyosis" of keratinocytes in the dorsal side of the invaded deck disappeared, the edges were blurred, the intercellular space was not narrow, and the keratinocytes of the ventral side did not change obviously. Conclusion both Trichoderma plantarum and Dipyridium albicans can penetrate the deck. But the invasiveness was weaker than that of Trichophyton rubrum.
