【摘要】：正師范院校大學(xué)生是未來中小學(xué)教育的中堅力量,其心理健康狀況不僅關(guān)系到自身的心身健康和學(xué)習(xí)效率,而且關(guān)系到中小學(xué)生的身心健康乃至全民素質(zhì)的提高。因此,了解師范院校大學(xué)生心理健康狀況是心理健康教育工作的重要內(nèi)容。隨著90后升入大學(xué),其心理健康是否呈現(xiàn)出新的特點成為關(guān)注的焦點。為了解地方師范院校90后新生心理健康特點,筆者對山西省某師范學(xué)院2010年至2012年的連續(xù)三屆新生進(jìn)行了心理健康狀況調(diào)查�，F(xiàn)將結(jié)果報道如下。
[Abstract]:Normal college students are the backbone of the future primary and secondary education. Their mental health is not only related to their psychosomatic health and learning efficiency, but also related to the improvement of their physical and mental health and even the quality of the whole people. Understanding the mental health status of normal college students is an important part of mental health education. In order to understand the mental health characteristics of the post-90s students in local normal colleges, whether or not they present new characteristics has become the focus of attention. The mental health status of three consecutive freshmen from 2010 to 2012 in a normal college of Shanxi Province was investigated. The results are reported as follows.
