【摘要】：計(jì)算機(jī)輔助心理治療(Computer-aided Psychotherapy,CP)是利用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)提供自助治療,輔以不同程度的治療師支持,從而達(dá)到治療目的的心理干預(yù)方法。相對(duì)于面對(duì)面心理治療,CP有一定的特殊性,本文分別從CP的界定,初期適用方法的甄別,適宜對(duì)象的篩選,治療師資質(zhì)、治療師服務(wù)相關(guān)權(quán)益的設(shè)置,以及焦慮癥、抑郁癥的計(jì)算機(jī)認(rèn)知行為治療幾方面闡述CP的研究進(jìn)展及現(xiàn)存問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出研究展望,以期為國內(nèi)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域提供參考。
[Abstract]:Computer-aided Psychotherapy (CPP) is a psychological intervention method to provide self-help therapy with different degrees of support from therapists by using computer network. This article is based on the definition of CP, the screening of initial application methods, the screening of suitable objects, the qualification of therapists, the setting of rights and interests related to the services of therapists, and anxiety disorder. The research progress and existing problems of CP in computer cognitive behavioral therapy of depression were reviewed, and the research prospect was put forward in order to provide reference for the related fields in China.
