【摘要】：正血管緊張素轉換酶抑制劑(angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,ACEI)可能會降低肺炎的發(fā)生風險,但與血管緊張素受體拮抗劑(angiotensin receptor blockers,ARB)一對一比較的研究較少。該研究的目的是評價使用不同的ACEI與氯沙坦(具有類似適應證的一種ARB)相比,其肺炎和死亡的發(fā)病率。方法:納入中國臺灣地區(qū)國民健康保險數(shù)據(jù)庫中≥20
