喜炎平注射液輔助治療支氣管哮喘及對患者血漿內(nèi)皮素、一氧化氮及腫瘤壞死因子-α的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討喜炎平注射液輔助治療支氣管哮喘及對患者血漿內(nèi)皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)的影響。方法:180例支氣管哮喘患兒,隨機分成觀察組和對照組。對照組給予常規(guī)治療。觀察組在對照組常規(guī)治療方式的基礎(chǔ)上,給予喜炎平注射液。結(jié)果:治療后,觀察組總有效率91.11%優(yōu)于對照組75.56%,差異具有顯著性(P0.05)。治療后,觀察組中醫(yī)證候評分(7.5±2.1)分、哮喘控制測試評分(18.5±4.2)分低于對照組中醫(yī)證候評分(10.7±2.8)分)、哮喘控制測試評分(16.7±4.5)分,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。治療后,觀察組吸入支氣管擴張劑次數(shù)(2.4±1.1)次低于對照組吸入支氣管擴張劑次數(shù)(3.1±0.8)次,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。治療后,觀察組患者PEF50指標(biāo)高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組血漿ET-1和NO均低于治療前,差異具有顯著性(P0.05)。治療1月后,觀察組支氣管哮喘患兒血漿ET-1和NO水平(109.5±33.1)pg/m L、(99.5±31.2)μmol/L低于對照組支氣管哮喘患兒血漿ET-1和NO水平(135.7±41.8)pg/m L、(119.7±32.5)μmol/L,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:喜炎平注射液輔助治療支氣管哮喘患兒療效顯著,可明顯改善患者的血漿ET-1、NO水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Xiyanping injection on plasma Endothelin-1 (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods: 180 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine treatment. The observation group was given Xiyanping injection on the basis of routine treatment in the control group. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (75.56%) (P 0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndrome, asthma control test and asthma control test in the observation group were (7.5 鹵2.1), (18.5 鹵4.2) and (10.7 鹵2.8), (16.7 鹵4.5), respectively (P 0.01). After treatment, the times of inhaling bronchodilators in the observation group (2.4 鹵1.1) were significantly lower than those in the control group (3.1 鹵0.8) (P 0.01). After treatment, the PEF50 index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, plasma ET-1 and NO in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P 0.05). After 1 month of treatment, the plasma levels of ET-1 and NO in the observation group were (109.5 鹵33.1) pg/m / L, (99.5 鹵31.2) 渭 mol/L were significantly lower than those in the control group (135.7 鹵41.80) pg/m / L, and (119.7 鹵32.5) 渭 mol/L, were significantly different (P 0.05). Conclusion: Xiyanping injection is effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma and can significantly improve the plasma ET-1,NO level.
