【摘要】：目的探索心房鈉尿肽(ANP)對(duì)新西蘭兔氣管移植后肺損傷的影響。方法 24只健康成年新西蘭白兔隨機(jī)分為2組,ANP組和對(duì)照組,均進(jìn)行帶支撐環(huán)的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)替代物氣管移植手術(shù),術(shù)后第3日處死后,檢測(cè)肺濕/干比(W/D)和動(dòng)脈血氧分壓,光鏡下觀察肺組織結(jié)構(gòu)的變化。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較,ANP組肺濕/干比顯著減少(P0.05),且肺動(dòng)脈氧分壓顯著升高(P0.05),肺組織學(xué)觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),肺水腫改變?cè)趯?duì)照組較ANP組更加顯著。結(jié)論 ANP能夠有效減輕PTFE氣管移植兔的術(shù)后急性肺損傷。
