【摘要】：目的建立塵肺患者自我管理量表,并進(jìn)行信度和效度檢驗。方法采用文獻(xiàn)法、半定式訪談確定量表條目基本框架,通過專家咨詢修訂條目池。60位專家應(yīng)用德爾菲法對條目進(jìn)行評價,根據(jù)各個條目的平均分、滿分比、變異系數(shù)聯(lián)合篩選條目,最后評價量表的信度和效度。結(jié)果專家的積極系數(shù)為91.6%,權(quán)威系數(shù)均值為0.81,篩選后形成7個維度包含44個條目,其中癥狀管理維度6個,疾病知識管理維度3個,不良嗜好管理維度3個,依從性管理維度6個,日常生活管理維度10個,情緒管理維度5個,自我管理效能維度11個。整個量表的Cronbachα系數(shù)為0.945,分半信度為0.901,條目間的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.265~0.916(P0.05)。結(jié)論建立的塵肺患者自我管理量表具有較好的信度和效度,可在實踐中應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a self-management scale for pneumoconiosis patients and to test its reliability and validity. Methods the basic framework of scale items was determined by literature method and semi-definite interview, and the item pool was revised by expert consultation. Sixty experts evaluated the items by Delfie method. The items were screened according to the average score, full score ratio and coefficient of variation of each item, and the reliability and validity of the scale were finally evaluated. Results the positive coefficient of experts was 91.6%, and the average authority coefficient was 0.81. After screening, 7 dimensions included 44 items, including 6 dimensions of symptom management, 3 dimensions of disease knowledge management, 3 dimensions of bad hobby management, 6 dimensions of compliance management, 10 dimensions of daily life management, 5 dimensions of emotional management and 11 dimensions of self-management effectiveness. The Cronbach 偽 coefficient of the whole scale was 0.945, the split-half reliability was 0.901, and the correlation coefficient between items was 0.265 鈮，
