【摘要】：目的探討慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者應(yīng)用肺康復(fù)對(duì)其肺功能、運(yùn)動(dòng)能力和抑郁評(píng)分的影響。方法將106例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分配到試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組。試驗(yàn)組53例患者采用肺康復(fù),對(duì)照組53例采用常規(guī)康復(fù),對(duì)比兩組肺功能、運(yùn)動(dòng)能力和抑郁評(píng)分。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組肺功能、運(yùn)動(dòng)能力和抑郁評(píng)分改善于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論肺康復(fù)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病護(hù)理中效果顯著,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of pulmonary rehabilitation on pulmonary function, motor ability and depression score in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 106 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were randomly assigned to test group and control group. Lung rehabilitation was performed in 53 patients in the test group and routine rehabilitation in 53 patients in the control group. The pulmonary function, motor ability and depression scores were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the pulmonary function, exercise ability and depression score in the experimental group improved significantly (P0.05). Conclusion Lung rehabilitation is effective in the nursing care of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and it is worth popularizing.
