【摘要】：目的探討自我管理對(duì)慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者焦慮抑郁的影響。方法隨機(jī)抽取�？谑�4個(gè)社區(qū),再?gòu)某槿〉纳鐓^(qū)中選取72例COPD患者隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)施自我管理培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目,制訂自我管理計(jì)劃并實(shí)施,采用貝克焦慮、抑郁問(wèn)卷及疲勞量表測(cè)評(píng)干預(yù)前后患者的焦慮抑郁及疲勞情況。結(jié)果干預(yù)前兩組患者在貝克焦慮、抑郁問(wèn)卷及疲勞量表得分差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),干預(yù)后6 w、3、12個(gè)月,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在貝克焦慮、抑郁問(wèn)卷及疲勞量表得分明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組在干預(yù)后6 w,3、12個(gè)月貝克焦慮、抑郁問(wèn)卷及疲勞量表得分明顯低于干預(yù)前(P0.05);對(duì)照組干預(yù)后6 w,3、12個(gè)月貝克焦慮、抑郁問(wèn)卷及疲勞量表得分與干預(yù)前無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論自我管理項(xiàng)目能改善COPD患者的焦慮抑郁及疲勞,從而提高其生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the effect of self-management on anxiety and depression in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Four communities from Haikou were randomly selected, and 72 COPD patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, self-management training program was carried out, self-management plan was developed and implemented, and the anxiety and depression and fatigue of the patients before and after intervention were evaluated by the Beck's anxiety, the depression questionnaire and the fatigue scale. Results The scores of anxiety, depression and fatigue scale of the two groups were not statistically significant (P0.05). The scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). The experimental group was 6 w after the intervention. The scores of anxiety, depression and fatigue in 3 and 12 months were significantly lower than that before intervention (P0.05); after the intervention of the control group, there was no statistical difference between the scores of the Beck's anxiety, the depression questionnaire and the fatigue scale before and after the intervention (P0.05). Conclusion Self-management project can improve the anxiety and depression and fatigue of patients with COPD, so as to improve their quality of life.
