肺泡內(nèi)液體清除機(jī)制研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:肺水腫是臨床常見疾病,肺泡液的吸收和消散對于減慢肺水腫的形成速度、改善肺水腫的預(yù)后至關(guān)重要。本文從上皮鈉通道、水通道蛋白、β受體激動劑、上皮氯通道、α受體激動劑5個方面介紹了肺泡液體清除機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展,并簡要介紹酸敏感離子通道及γ-氨基丁酸受體在肺泡液體清除中的作用機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Pulmonary edema is a common clinical disease. The absorption and dissipation of alveolar fluid is very important to slow down the formation rate of pulmonary edema and improve the prognosis of pulmonary edema. In this paper, the mechanism of alveolar fluid clearance was reviewed from five aspects: epithelial sodium channel, aquaporin, 尾 receptor agonist, epithelial chlorine channel and 偽 receptor agonist. The action mechanism of acid-sensitive ion channel and 緯-aminobutyric acid receptor in alveolar fluid clearance was briefly introduced.
