【摘要】：目的:初步分析沈陽(yáng)地區(qū)慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)住院患者的特征,為探討COPD住院患者的合理用藥提供客觀依據(jù)。方法:采用方便抽樣選取沈陽(yáng)市三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院3所,隨機(jī)抽取COPD住院患者2 400例,收集患者的臨床特征進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:患者男1 480例,女920例;平均年齡(72.1±18.3)歲,71~80歲的構(gòu)成比(36.92%)最高;GOLDⅠ級(jí)者占12.25%,Ⅱ級(jí)29.42%,Ⅲ級(jí)38.33%,Ⅳ級(jí)20.00%;吸煙者占64.25%,非吸煙者35.75%;伴發(fā)疾病16種,合計(jì)3 902例次,人均1.6種伴發(fā)疾病,伴肺部感染性疾病者占42.21%。結(jié)論:沈陽(yáng)地區(qū)COPD住院患者生存質(zhì)量的提高有賴于加強(qiáng)對(duì)老年患者的治療和宣傳教育。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the characteristics of (COPD) inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in Shenyang, and to provide an objective basis for the rational use of COPD.
