替加環(huán)素治療耐藥鮑氏不動桿菌肺炎的療效研究

【摘要】:目的探討替加環(huán)素對泛耐藥鮑氏不動桿菌(XDRAB)或多耐藥鮑氏不動桿菌(MDRAB)肺炎治療的臨床效果,為XDRAB或MDRAB肺炎治療提供理論依據(jù)。方法分析2013年5月-2015年2月醫(yī)院重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科(ICU)接受治療的48例XDRAB或MDRAB感染患者的臨床資料,對患者的病死率、細(xì)菌清除率以及臨床有效率進(jìn)行觀察和比較,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 19.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 48株鮑氏不動桿菌對碳青霉烯類藥物有極高的耐藥性,耐藥率均為100.00%;治療后,鮑氏不動桿菌清除24株,清除率為50.00%,治療有效24株,有效率為50.00%。結(jié)論常規(guī)抗耐藥ABA感染的治療失敗后,可以嘗試將替加環(huán)素作為一種搶救性的治療選擇,然而臨床上還需更多更可靠的證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of tegicycline in the treatment of pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (XDRAB) or multidrug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (MDRAB) pneumonia, and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of XDRAB or MDRAB pneumonia. Methods the clinical data of 48 patients with XDRAB or MDRAB infection who were treated by (ICU) from May 2013 to February 2015 were analyzed. The mortality rate, bacterial clearance rate and clinical effective rate were observed and compared. The data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results 48 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii showed very high resistance to carbapenem, the drug resistance rate was 100.000.After treatment, 24 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were cleared, the clearance rate was 50.00g and the effective rate was 50.00g. Conclusion after the failure of routine anti-drug-resistant ABA infection, we can try to treat tigicycline as a kind of rescue treatment option, but more and more reliable evidence is needed in clinic.
