【摘要】：目的探討支氣管肺泡灌洗術(shù)輔助治療老年重癥肺炎合并呼吸衰竭的效果。方法選取該院2011年12月至2012年12月收治的老年重癥肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者96例。隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對照組,各48例。對照組患者接受正常的呼吸科治療,觀察組患者在此基礎(chǔ)上加用纖支鏡下支氣管肺泡灌洗,對比兩組患者的急性生理學(xué)及慢性健康狀況(APACHEⅡ)評分、動脈血氣分析指標(biāo)、臨床療效。結(jié)果治療2 d后觀察組患者APACHEⅡ評分明顯低于對照組(P0.05);觀察組患者血氧飽和度(SaO2)、血氧分壓(PaO2)、血CO2分壓(PaCO2)水平與對照組相比明顯改善(P0.05);治療7 d后,觀察組患者治療總有效率明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論支氣管肺泡灌洗術(shù)輔助治療可有效改善臨床療效,降低老年患者有創(chuàng)通氣比例和死亡率。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure in the elderly. Methods 96 elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure from December 2011 to December 2012 were selected.
