【摘要】：正患者,女,25歲,因咳嗽咳痰半個月,右側胸痛胸悶伴發(fā)熱1周于2014年4月9日入院。患者半個月前無明顯誘因下出現(xiàn)咳嗽咳痰,開始為淺褐色痰,逐漸轉為淡黃膿痰,痰量不多,未予以特別重視,于1周前出現(xiàn)右側胸痛胸悶,伴發(fā)熱,最高體溫39.1℃,外院查胸部CT示右側胸腔包裹性積液,予胸腔穿刺引流出膿性液體,考慮為膿胸,故轉至我院并擬"右側包裹性膿胸"收住。入院體格檢查:體溫38.8℃,脈搏80
