【摘要】：正Castleman病(Castleman′s disease,CD)是一種臨床罕見、原因不明、以淋巴組織慢性增生為特點(diǎn)的疾病,由Castleman等1956年報(bào)道并命名。該病起病隱匿,發(fā)病率低,臨床表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜多樣,缺乏特異性,診斷困難,缺乏廣泛深入的研究。現(xiàn)對1例術(shù)后確診縱隔CD報(bào)道如下。
[Abstract]:Positive Castleman disease (Castleman's disease,CD) is a rare disease characterized by chronic hyperplasia of lymphoid tissue. It was reported and named by Castleman et al in 1956. The disease is characterized by occult onset, low incidence, complex clinical manifestations, lack of specificity, difficulty in diagnosis and lack of extensive and in-depth research. A case of postoperatively diagnosed mediastinal CD is reported as follows.
