【摘要】：正慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是一種氣流受限不完全可逆、呈進(jìn)行性發(fā)展、嚴(yán)重危害人類(lèi)健康的肺部疾病。COPD目前居全球發(fā)病率的第12位和全球死亡原因的第4位[1—2]。在我國(guó)COPD同樣是嚴(yán)重危害人們身體健康的主要慢性呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病,流行病學(xué)調(diào)查顯示40歲以上的人群中COPD患者超過(guò)了8.2%[3]。作為具有中國(guó)民族文化特色的傳統(tǒng)健身功法,對(duì)穩(wěn)定期COPD患者的康復(fù)效果已越來(lái)越受到認(rèn)可和重視。目前用于穩(wěn)定期COPD患者的傳統(tǒng)健身功法主要包括了太極拳、六字訣、五禽戲和八段錦等,這些傳統(tǒng)健身功法簡(jiǎn)便易行,寓練于樂(lè),
[Abstract]:Positive chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD) is a kind of pulmonary disease which is not completely reversible with airflow limitation and develops progressively, which seriously endangers human health. COPD currently ranks 12th in the incidence of global morbidity and 4th in the cause of death in the world [1-2]. COPD is also a major chronic respiratory disease that seriously endangers the health of people in China. Epidemiological investigation shows that the number of COPD patients over 40 years old is more than 8.2% [3]. As a traditional fitness function with Chinese national culture, the rehabilitation effect of stable COPD patients has been recognized and paid more and more attention. At present, the traditional fitness techniques used in stable COPD patients mainly include Taijiquan, Six-Characteristics, Wuqian Opera and Baduanjin, etc. These traditional fitness techniques are simple and easy to carry out.
