血清同型半胱氨酸檢測對急性肺栓塞預后的評估價值

【摘要】：目的探討血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)檢測評估急性肺栓塞(APE)預后的價值。方法選擇APE患者107例,根據(jù)簡化肺栓塞嚴重指數(shù)評分分為高危、中危、低危三組。檢測各組患者血清Hcy水平,比較不同血清Hcy水平患者的預后差異。結果 Hcy陽性與Hcy陰性患者中高危、中危、低危所占比例及復發(fā)率、病死率比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05)。高危、中危、低危患者血清Hcy水平比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論血清Hcy檢測可預測APE患者預后。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the prognostic value of serum homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with acute pulmonary embolism (APE). Methods 107 patients with APE were divided into three groups according to simplified pulmonary embolism severity index score: high risk group, middle risk group and low risk group. Serum Hcy levels were measured and the prognosis of patients with different serum Hcy levels were compared. Results the proportion of high risk, middle risk, low risk and mortality of Hcy positive and Hcy negative patients were significantly different (P 0.05). The serum Hcy levels of high, moderate and low risk patients were significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion Serum Hcy can predict the prognosis of patients with APE.
