【摘要】：【目的】 探討慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者急性發(fā)作期及緩解期以及正常對照組血清細(xì)胞凋亡因子、白三烯B4水平及臨床意義。 【方法】 采集COPD急性加重期、穩(wěn)定期患者和健康者外周血血清，采用雙抗體夾心ELISA法進(jìn)行測定人血清細(xì)胞凋亡因子（Fas/APO-1），固相夾心法酶聯(lián)免疫吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)（ELISA）測定人白三烯B4（LTB4）。 【結(jié)果】 急性發(fā)作期患者的血清Fas/APO-1、LTB4明顯升高、經(jīng)臨床治療緩解后,患者血清Fas/APO-1、LTB4均顯著降低(P0.05),但仍明顯高于對照組(P0.01)。 【結(jié)論】 COPD患者從急性發(fā)作期至緩解期,血清Fas/APO-1、LTB4均發(fā)生了顯著變化，均參與了COPD氣道炎癥反應(yīng)，并與炎性損傷程度有關(guān)，因此COPD患者急性發(fā)作期Fas/APO-1和LTB4監(jiān)測對于病情判斷、指導(dǎo)臨床治療具有一定意義。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the serum apoptotic factors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) during acute attack, remission and normal control. The level of leukotriene B4 and its clinical significance. [methods] Peripheral blood serum was collected from patients with acute exacerbation of COPD, stable patients and healthy persons. Human serum apoptotic factor (Fas/APO-1) was determined by double antibody sandwich ELISA method, and human leukotriene B4 (LTB4) was detected by (ELISA) with solid phase sandwich assay. [results] the serum Fas/APO-1,LTB4 of patients with acute attack was significantly increased. After clinical treatment, the serum Fas/APO-1,LTB4 of patients decreased significantly (P0.05), but still significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.01). [conclusion] Serum Fas/APO-1,LTB4 in patients with COPD changed significantly from acute attack to remission. All of them were involved in the airway inflammation of COPD, and were related to the degree of inflammatory injury. Therefore, the monitoring of Fas/APO-1 and LTB4 in patients with COPD during acute attack is of significance in judging the condition and guiding the clinical treatment.
