【摘要】：目前持續(xù)氣道正壓通氣(continuouspositiveairwaypressure，CPAP）已被廣泛用來(lái)治療阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停綜合征(obstuctivesleepapneasyndrome，OSAS)，然而部分OSAS患者經(jīng)CPAP治療后，當(dāng)阻塞性呼吸暫停事件消除后中樞性呼吸暫停(centralsleepapnea，CSA）和陳-施呼吸(Chey-stokesrespiration，CSR）卻增加，我們稱這種睡眠呼吸紊亂為復(fù)雜性睡眠呼吸暫停綜合征(complexsleepapneasyndrome，CompSAS)。然而，它的概念，機(jī)制，治療尚未完全明確，本文綜述了近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)CompSAS的研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:At present, continuous positive airway pressure (continuouspositiveairwaypressure,CPAP) has been widely used in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (obstuctivesleepapneasyndrome,OSAS). However, after CPAP treatment, the central apnea (centralsleepapnea,CSA) and Chen Shi respiration (Chey-stokesrespiration,CSR) in some OSAS patients increased after the elimination of obstructive apnea events. We call this sleep apnea disorder complex sleep apnea syndrome (complexsleepapneasyndrome,CompSAS). However, its concept, mechanism and treatment have not been completely clarified. This paper reviews the research progress of CompSAS at home and abroad in recent years.
