【摘要】：目的探究呼吸機(jī)相關(guān)性肺炎(VAP)并發(fā)單一假絲酵母菌感染患者的臨床特征以及與降鈣素原(PCT)、白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)和C-反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)等炎癥指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性。方法選擇2008年1月-2016年3月醫(yī)院收治的149例VAP患者,根據(jù)假絲酵母菌感染的相關(guān)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分為假絲酵母菌屬組65例、其他病菌組84例;比較兩組患者臨床指標(biāo)。結(jié)果在65例伴有假絲酵母菌感染的VAP患者中,以白假絲酵母菌感染為主,共40株占61.54%;在假絲酵母菌屬組中,β-葡聚糖陽(yáng)性患者的PCT、IL-6以及CRP水平均顯著高于β-葡聚糖陰性患者,組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論導(dǎo)致VAP患者發(fā)生的假絲酵母菌感染的易感因素眾多,在臨床治療期間需積極消除各種易感因素,及時(shí)給予其相應(yīng)的抗真菌感染治療;β-葡聚糖在評(píng)價(jià)假絲酵母菌感染以及感染程度上具有一定的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features of patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) complicated with single Candida cerevisiae infection and its correlation with procalcitonin (PCT), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and C-reactive protein (CRP). Methods 149 patients with VAP from January 2008 to March 2016 were divided into Candida group (n = 65) and other bacteria group (n = 84) according to the diagnostic criteria of Candida infection. Results among 65 VAP patients with Candida cerevisiae infection, 40 strains were Candida albicans infection (61.54%), and the levels of PCT,IL-6 and CRP in Candida group were significantly higher than those in 尾 -glucan negative group. The difference between groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion there are many susceptible factors of Candida cerevisiae infection in patients with VAP. 尾-glucan has certain clinical value in evaluating Candida candida infection and the degree of infection.
