急性肺損傷大鼠肺神經(jīng)導(dǎo)向因子Slit2及Robo4表達(dá)的研究
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the changes of Slit2 and Robo4 in the lung of acute lung injury (ALI) rats caused by cecal ligation and perforation, and to explore the role of them in the pathogenesis and development of ALI. Methods Seventy-two male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 24) and ALI group (n = 48). The model of ALI was established by cecal ligation and perforation in Ali group. Arterial blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO2), wet / dry mass ratio (W / D), pulmonary capillary permeability and histopathological changes were measured at 12: 24 hours after injury. Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF- 偽) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the expression of Slit2,Robo4mRNA in lung tissue was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and the expression of Slit2,Robo4 protein was observed by immunohistochemistry. Control group (n = 8) and Ali group (n = 16). Results: compared with control group, PaO2 was significantly decreased, lung W / D ratio, pulmonary capillary permeability, serum TNF- 偽 and IL-6 levels were significantly increased in Ali group (P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in Slit2 expression in ALI group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: the expression of Slit2 and Slit2 in lung tissue of normal rats and Robo4,ALI rats can be decreased, which may be related to the pathogenesis of ALI.
